We are an 84 bed facility which includes a 14 bed dementia specific wing, located in Ganya Cottage. All rooms are single bed rooms with an ensuite. We encourage consumers to furnish their room with personal items to help provide a familiar and homely atmosphere.
There are multiple lounge areas available to you, as well as access to dining, laundry, hairdressing services, activities and personal care services. We also have some lovely outdoor areas for you to enjoy, surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens.
CARE SERVICES
Cowra Retirement Village offers both Respite and Permanent Residential Care. You need to be assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) to be eligible for both types of care. If you have not already been assessed for care in an aged care home, including respite care, you (or your nominated representative) need to call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or visit the My Aged Care Website for more information. My Aged Care staff will ask you questions about your current needs and circumstances so they can refer you for an assessment.
