Meals On Wheels

We provide a service to the members of the Home and Community, that is the Frail Aged, Older people, and people with a disability and their carers living within the Cowra Shire may receive a meal service, which assists them to live independently.

We provide Meals (lunch) for delivery to Meals on Wheels clients; 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) this includes Public holidays and Christmas Day.

The Meals consist of:

• Main meal consisting of a Protein, and 3 vegetables including one starchy vegetable or equivalent
• Dessert or fresh fruit
• Soup sachet
• Fruit Juice
• Salads/sandwiches by request.

The Menu is seasonal for winter and summer.
